2019 Introductions

New introductions for North Country Daylilies 2019

35″ tall, 5.25″ flowers, 25 buds, dormant, ML

A bright cherry red that really shouts.  The large gold throat extends out onto the sepals, forming golden diamonds.  The overall flower is triangular with 25-30 buds on 3-4 way branching.  Beginning bloom in the mid-late season, rebloom continues well into fall, even in the north!   $50

GATES OF LODORE (Mason 2019)
38″ tall, 8-9″ flower, 26 buds, dormant, ML

This is the daylily that attracted every guest to the garden in the last two years.  You just couldn’t walk by it without noticing the huge bright orange flowers with red chevron eye and large green throat standing tall despite wind and torrential rain.  Rebloom carries the attraction well into fall.  $50

38″ tall, 6.5″ flower, 15 buds, dormant, ML

An excellent companion to GATES OF LODORE, with bright golden yellow flowers with orange flecks, and ruffled and frilled edges.  Another sturdy tall daylily that is exceedingly pod fertile, and an all around great garden plant.  $25
